Lifted Crew is a New York City based hip hop band that engrosses the listener with their concoction of soul, funk, and R&B. This 10-piece powerhouse consists of two lyrically conscience MC's, three remarkable vocalists, hard hitting horns, and an explosive rhythm section. Lifted Crew's innovative sound is a product of their diverse musical and cultural backgrounds, allowing them to create songs that intelligently bridge the gap between music lovers, hip-hop heads, and the every day listener alike.

Lifted Crew most recently hit the studio with Legendary Big Daddy Kane to record his new album, and also hit the road with hip hop legend Slick Rick. LC has shared the stage with BDK, Slick Rick, Naughty By Nature, Just Blaze, Kid Cudi, Eddie Vedder, Asia, Cyril Neville, Brand Nubian, Brother Ali, Trombone Shorty and Vast Air among others. The horn section has also recently collaborated with Shaggy, Ryan Leslie, India.Arie, Talib Kweli and Hi-Tek.
